These turtles arrive in numerous groups called arrived, during the months of Julio to November. The green turtle and others also use these territories like egg-laying areas. The marine turtles are seen more frequently when the females arrive at the coasts, in special during the night, in search of lukewarm sand to lay eggs. Also they can be observed resting in reefs of chorale near the beach during the day. Please it remembers: only one of each 5,000 turtles baby it will survive until reaching the adult age and Costa Rica is one of the countries that protile the sites of egg-laying of these wonderful creatures.

Sea turtles are most frequently seen when the females come ashore to deposit their eggs on beaches, usually at night. Noise and bright lights can frighten turtles and cause them to return to the sea. The use of flashlights or cameras is prohibited around nesting sea turtles
